Consisting of a touch screen, PLC, servo motors, ballscrews and a pneumatic actuation unit, this model is able to realise continuous, speedy and accurate start-up and shotdown, set up moving distance, speed and time for speeding up and slowing down so as to change the type of material quickly and maintain a pauseless status of high accuracy, efficiency and low-consumption.

• Control Operating System
  To guarantee cutting precision, various parameters such as size of moulds, material width, moving speed of the moving head as well as feeding velocity can be configured on the touch screen of the cabinet.

• Servo Positioning System
  The servo system can realise continuous, speedy and accurate start-up and shutdown. Users are allowed to set up moving distance, speed and time for speeding up and slowing down via the touch screen so as to change the type of material quickly. By means of appropriate parameters, it is capable of mitigating the mechanic shock of the moving head while positioning, reducing the wear of ballscrews and moving head rails, thus ensuring to maximize the machine’s service life and precision.

• Feeding System
